The Mafia Boss's Secret Twins

Grace Collins works at a hotel. Luca Moretti, a mafia kingpin, is staying in the penthouse. Both are drugged that night. They sleep together. He gives her $50,000 afterward. Her grandfather Henry Collins needs surgery, so she keeps the money. Later she finds $100,000 in the account and tries to return the extra $50,000.

Grace and Luca meet again. He assumes she is after his money. She refuses his offer to be his lover and ends things. She takes a job at Zenith Technologies. Luca's holding company acquires Zenith. He suspects she planned their reunion, then learns her application predates the acquisition. It was a coincidence.

Grace's health declines. Tests rule out HIV but confirm a twin pregnancy. She schedules an abortion. Dr. Sofia Moretti, Luca's grandmother, reveals Grace's background to him—dead parents, her grandfather's surgery, the money Grace scraped together alone. She also mentions Grace's twin pregnancy and the scheduled abortion. Luca is stunned.

Years later, Grace returns with the twins. Luca has no idea they are his. He grows fond of the children. The kids scheme to reunite their parents. When the truth comes out, Luca learns he has twin heirs. He sets out to win Grace back.

His family dotes on Grace and the children. Everyone who once looked down on her is humbled.
