The Counterattack of the Fat Wife Queen

Theresa, the obese queen of the Kingdom of Bolun, was publicly humiliated at the divine blessing ceremony. King Audent confined her to the abandoned Palace of the North Tower. Leah, a royal consort, ordered Theresa strangled and planned to tell the world the queen had taken her own life.

Theresa died. A modern medical student died in an accident and woke inside Theresa's body. She realized she had transmigrated into the queen who had been humiliated and killed. Audent and Leah accused Theresa of blasphemy at the ceremony and of wounding the king with a blade. Leah claimed the queen seemed possessed by an evil spirit. The old king refused to believe it and ordered Theresa summoned to the great hall. Audent tried to stop him. The old king insisted on seeing Theresa with his own eyes.

Teresa had lost the weight and restored her appearance. Her servant called her beautiful and elegant. Teresa arrived at the great hall and said, "I am right here." She challenged anyone who claimed she would not dare face him. Prince Servais told the old king that Leah, not Teresa, had raised him. Leah described Teresa as withdrawn, indolent, and negligent. The old king said words were cheap, rumors plentiful. He would decide only after seeing Teresa himself.

Later, Teresa saved the old king with modern surgery, crushed provocations from Leah, the queen dowager, the biased king, and treasonous nobles with modern tech, and let go of palace romance to travel with the old king. She found freedom.
