The CEO's Cute Baby Chases Mommy

Lena is a wealthy heiress. On her birthday, her stepfamily drugs her, and she stumbles into a cold CEO's hotel room while escaping. She flees pregnant with twins.

At the hospital, Lena hemorrhages and needs an emergency C-section. Her father refuses to sign consent and disowns her. Ivy, Lena's half-sister, arrives and claims the baby was born dead. Then Ivy admits, "I drugged your drink that night." Doctors find the file tampered with. The early ultrasound shows twins, and a second baby is still in the uterus. After the birth, Ivy steals her son and becomes the CEO's fiancée.

Five years later, Lena returns with her daughter Tessa to the city where Tessa was born. Tessa meets a boy named Theo in the city. They look alike. Theo has autism, barely speaks, and does not like being touched, but he plays with Tessa. Adrian, Theo's father and CEO of Locke Group, picks him up. Tessa calls Adrian daddy. Lena takes Tessa home. Theo cries for Lena.

At home, Theo tells Ivy she is not his mommy. Ivy hits him and threatens to beat him to death if he calls another woman mommy. Theo runs away to find his real mommy. He finds Lena at Tessa's school. Lena takes him home.

Adrian confronts Lena, suspicious that his son went missing and she found him. Later, Lena interviews at Locke Group for lead designer. Adrian is the CEO and Ivy's fiancé. He rejects her for the lead designer role but offers her a live-in nanny position for Theo at ten times the salary. Theo has severe autism, but since meeting Lena he has changed.

Lena refuses and suggests professional support. Ivy arrives at Adrian's office with his favorite food and sees Lena. As they keep crossing paths, Adrian falls for Lena and chases to win her back.
