The CEO Didn't Know He Was Daddy

Kathy Rowe's father Henrik is a construction worker left bleeding after contractor Samuel Cooper runs him down over unpaid wages. Kathy rushes him to the hospital, then storms onto the construction site, swinging a stick at the first expensive car she sees. It isn't Samuel's. The man inside is Vincent Wallace. His brother Ruben says Vincent is having another episode, and they leave. Samuel warns Kathy not to come back and threatens her.

Vincent has a bigger problem. A fortune teller warned he must sleep with a woman who has a heart-shaped birthmark or die in six months. His mother Zoe keeps sending him candidates. So when Kathy sneaks into his office to find a lawyer and eats cookies left by Betsy Gilbert, Vincent sees the mark on her chest and assumes she's another setup. The cookies had love potion in them. Kathy loses control, and they end up in bed. The next morning, he hands her ten million dollars and throws her out. Kathy only needs twenty thousand for her father's surgery. She calls him the real gold-digger, then asks to borrow the smaller amount. He thinks it's all an act.

Betsy, claiming to be Vincent's fiancée, tricks Kathy into giving up the card. She spends millions in minutes. Vincent watches the charges pile up and decides Kathy lied from the start. Meanwhile, the Wallace-owned hospital throws Kathy and Henrik out for unpaid bills. They end up on the streets, surviving by collecting recyclables. Kathy discovers she's pregnant and keeps it to herself.

Eight months later, Henrik, confused and desperate, goes back to the construction site to beg for his wages. Kathy follows and finds Samuel ready to hurt her unborn child. She throws herself over her father, begging them to stop. Samuel laughs and says he wants to get rid of the bastard in her belly. Kathy prays.

Vincent arrives. The paternity test already confirmed the twins are his. He stops Samuel cold with one line: "How dare you harm my family." Then he has Samuel's hands crippled and rushes Kathy and Henrik to the hospital. The man who once called her a gold-digger now claims her and the babies as his own.
