Cassia is the hidden owner of Rand Pharma. She lent the CEO seat to her husband Adrian so she could take care of their daughter Lovelle. To everyone else, including Adrian, she is just a stay-at-home mother with no shares.
Lovelle brings her straight-A report card to the company to surprise Adrian. She walks in on Adrian with his assistant Maisie. Maisie slaps Lovelle. Adrian watches and does nothing.
Cassia sees the handprint on Lovelle's face. She calls Adrian and gives him five minutes to bring Maisie to kneel and apologize to Lovelle. If not, he loses the CEO position. Adrian refuses, claiming Cassia owns no shares and depends on him. His mother Tina Fairmont arrives and calls the slap not a big deal. Cassia has her removed.
Cassia asks Sieglinde to look into Rand's internal transfers and later leaves Lovelle with her. Adrian used company money to set up a company for Maisie, with 47 million taken over three years. Cassia contacts her father's old colleague Uncle Moretti, who holds a sealed equity custody agreement. Her father left 51% of Rand shares in that agreement, with Cassia as the only beneficiary. She decides to activate it.
The next morning, Cassia, Uncle Moretti, Adrian, and Maisie gather at the company. Cassia says, "The fifty-one percent equity of Rand Pharma belongs to me. From today onward." Adrian is stunned. The divorce and the fight for the company have just begun.
