Ripped Wings, Rising Queen

Seraphina, an angel princess, relives the day she must choose her future husband. In her past life, she was betrayed by Caspian, her childhood love, who took her angel core to turn Alara, a false angel, into a real one. Now reborn, she refuses Caspian and instead picks Kalin, the black serpent who loved her in silence. Caspian remains arrogant and demanding, never realizing the wedding being arranged is not his own.
