DEA agent Louis's undercover mission goes wrong fast. Jack, one of Luke's most vicious enforcers, strings him up in a torture room and is about to gut him. Louis braces for it. Then the door opens.
Daniel walks in. Luke's second-in-command takes one look at the bleeding cop and brushes Jack aside like he's nothing. "Such a beautiful body is meant to be caressed, not ruined." He throws Louis over his shoulder. Jack protests. The crew watches. Daniel doesn't slow down. "This one is mine," he says. "Because I want him."
Back in his room, Daniel drops the act just enough to deliver a warning. If Louis wants to survive the night, he needs to play along. They have an audience. Louis, furious and helpless, does what he has to. Afterward, Daniel drops something else entirely. They know each other. Academy classmates. Louis remembers—the cocky rival who swore he'd beat him in the next tournament, who said he'd be the better cop. Louis asks if Daniel remembers the oath they took on day one. Daniel calls it "kid stuff." He's Luke's right hand now. But he doesn't want Louis to die, he says. Not "too ugly."
The deal is simple: three days as Daniel's lover, just long enough for the boss's major deal to close. Then Louis walks. Three days is also enough time for Louis to gather intel, so he agrees.
What follows is a performance with real stakes. Daniel feeds him in front of the crew, teases him, parades him around like a prize. At a shipment meeting, Jack shoves drugs at Louis. Daniel responds by putting a gun to Jack's head. When the drugs take hold of Daniel himself, he unravels—firing wildly until Louis is the only one who can snap him out of it. Louis calls him sick. He means it.
The major deal arrives. Daniel brings Louis. Luke, the godfather, is livid—Louis is a fed, and Daniel is parading him around like a lover. Daniel looks Luke in the eye and says, "He is my first love." Then DEA storms the site. In the chaos, Louis gets out.
Later, Daniel walks straight into Louis's police station. He stands in front of Louis and a room full of officers and swears an oath to both the law and the underworld: one month, and Louis will be his husband. When his eyes meet the chief's, something shifts. He remembers this station. The day he stood here and accepted his own undercover mission. "Consider it done." He was embedded before Louis ever took his assignment. No one in the room knows it yet.
