Faye wakes in a stranger's bed, sees the Caldwell crest, leaves cash, and slips out. At home, claw marks on Joshua's neck confirm the affair with singer Carlotta Rowe, now pregnant. Joshua warns her to stay quiet or the rest of the Hartman legacy disappears. Faye then has Fiona pull Joshua's bank statements and dig into Carlotta.

At the lakefront estate, Faye realizes the stranger is Anthony Caldwell, the Don. Anthony brings up the missing club money and Carlotta's pregnancy. In the car, he takes her ring as collateral and orders a divorce. If she refuses, he will collect the night's payment himself.

In Anthony's docks office, Faye hides under the desk when Joshua arrives. Joshua says the trust fund vests in six months, then he'll throw Faye away. Anthony orders an audit and sends him out.
