Ximena Hayes and Aydan Dixon sign a contract marriage after one blind date. When poison surfaces, she has to save the man who married her for revenge.

Ximena Hayes, an attending physician in andrology at APEX Medical Center, covers for a senior doctor and meets Aydan Dixon. The CEO tries to leave, but his assistant Colby Dawson blocks the door because Aydan's grandfather insists on the examination report. Ximena's exam reveals mild neurogenic erectile dysfunction. Aydan demands she handle his treatment and keep it quiet, or she loses her job. Ximena names her price: eighty million in research funding. He agrees.
Family pressure forces Ximena into a blind date. She dresses in cheap perfume and exaggerated style to sabotage it. The match turns out to be Aydan. When asked his impression, he says, "I was smitten with Dr Hayes the second I saw her." Ximena knows it is payback for the eighty million, but she plays along to placate both families. Three days later, they register the marriage.
Colby hands her a prenuptial agreement with extra clauses skewed against her. Ximena signs but warns the terms cut both ways. Aydan moves her into a villa next to the main residence, then physically removes her from the master bedroom. House rules appear: no noise after eight, no strong odors. Ximena retaliates by blasting speakers until exactly eight and grilling meat under his study window. The standoff becomes daily warfare.
At a Dixon family dinner, Cassie Robinson mocks Ximena's specialty. Kevin Dixon suddenly collapses in ventricular fibrillation. Ximena rushes forward, clears the room, and delivers a precordial strike with her fist. Kevin's heart rhythm steadies. The family physician says he would not have survived without her. Hugh Dixon grants Ximena the villa, impressed.
Living under the same roof, Ximena notices Aydan pale and unsteady. She stops him from drinking ice water and hands him warm honey water instead. She warns him that stress has thrown his neuroendocrine system out of balance. It is the first time she speaks to him purely as his physician.
Later, Aydan's symptoms worsen. The cause is not stress alone. He has been slowly poisoned for years. Ximena will fight to save his life while he hunts for the person behind it. Their fake marriage will become real, but only after he offers her a choice: leave with everything or stay as the wife he truly loves.
