Undercover Heiress follows Selina, the daughter of a billionaire, who makes a deal with her father to work undercover at her fiancé's jewelry company to avoid an arranged marriage. To ensure she's judged on her own merit, she hides her true identity.

Her plan goes awry when a coworker, Grace, overhears others expecting the "Murphy heiress" and brazenly claims the identity for herself. The situation turns ironic as Grace is lavished with praise, while the real Selina is bullied and ordered to fetch coffee.
