Honey, Your Good Wife Is Gone

On a birthday where she is ignored and mocked by her family, Vivian cuts her own cake only to face public humiliation from her husband Ethan and his lover, Bella. Vivian points out that the lingerie found inside the cake is what she saw Bella wearing at a pool party. When confronted, Bella provocatively retorts, "Why would my panties end up in your house?" Their daughter, Emily, is locked in the cold storage by Bella after discovering the affair. After a terrified phone call from Emily goes silent, Vivian searches desperately while Ethan and his mother Ruth show chilling indifference, preoccupied only with dinner. Following the sound of cries, Vivian finds her daughter trapped and struggles to free her as the scene cuts.
