Vivian Fowler walks into a cross-species fertility center hoping to conceive for her comatose fiancé, Colin. A lab mix-up leaves her carrying the child of William Lewis, the Merfolk King. Royal physician Aidan Green confirms the diagnosis. Aunt Jane accuses Vivian of staging the crisis with pre-prepared medicine.
