Chasing the One He Let Go

To save her lover Finn from heart failure, Lila makes him believe she left for money, forcing him back to his wealthy family for treatment. Five years later, now terminally ill, she sends their daughter May to him with a paternity test. She instructs May to falsely claim she is an unfaithful and neglectful mother, hoping this will secure the girl’s future. Finn, however, has built a new life with a partner, Eve, and a young son, and deeply believes Lila's original betrayal, leading him to initially reject May's sudden arrival and her claims.
