Jake Bennett, a busy billionaire CEO, is raising his young twins alone. The children notice their father hasn't found a partner and decide to take matters into their own hands. While using his dating app, they match with a woman named Olivia. They arrange to meet at a park, and the twins immediately warm to her, calling her mommy. Olivia, a shoe seller facing pressure from her boss to produce a husband at an upcoming staff party, finds herself drawn to the children as well. Jake later approaches her with a proposal. They agree to a contract marriage, partly to help Olivia with her job situation and to give the twins the mother figure they want. After they wed, during a casual outing at a mall, Olivia notices a small birthmark on the children's necks.
